| Online Hypnotherapy Sessions Online sessions are carried out in the same format as in person sessions and have been shown to be equally as effective as more traditional in person hypnotherapy sessions. Sessions are usually weekly as this ensures you receive the maximum possible benefit from your sessions. | Up to 1 hour | £65 |
| In Person Hypnotherapy Sessions Sessions are conducted at Unit 12, Winnall Valley Road in Winchester, Hampshire. Unit 12 is home to several therapy rooms as well as other community projects. | Up to 1 hour | £80 |
| Stop Smoking The stop smoking session consists of either one session, or two shorter sessions, and includes a targeted initial consultation and hypnotherapy session. 12 months ongoing telephone support included in price, if required. | 2.5 to 3 hour single session, plus support | £295 |

A discount of 10% is available for a block of six sessions paid in advance
Block of six online sessions would normally cost £390, with a 10% discount the cost to you is reduced to £351
Block of six in person sessions would normally cost £480, with a 10% discount the cost to you is reduced to £432
There is no discount available for smoking cessation sessions.
